Location & Overview
Palm Jebel Ali marks the next chapter in Dubai’s world-famous series of man-made islands. Master-planned and developed by Nakheel, it sits approximately 20 kilometres southwest of Palm Jumeirah, extending far into the Arabian Gulf off the coast of Jebel Ali.
Originally launched in the mid-2000s and later paused, Palm Jebel Ali was officially relaunched in 2023 under Dubai’s new masterplan vision. The island spans 13.4 square kilometres, twice the size of Palm Jumeirah, with 16 fronds, a central spine and over 110 kilometres of coastline.
When complete, it will feature a collection of ultra-luxury beachfront villas, low-rise waterfront apartments, hotels, resorts, and an extensive leisure and retail network. The island is designed as a self-sustained smart city, blending residential, hospitality and wellness within one extraordinary destination.
