That given their needs they could increase the locations under consideration and given their budget and excellent position to proceed quickly, they could look at better locations and larger properties.

Used our buyers excellent financial position to negotiate €340k off the asking price. We secured a larger than expected property in a prime location with great views and private garden.

UK buyer, €1.6m budget, looking for a family home after relocating, focused on East Marbella area.
What They Were About to Do
The buyers had been struggling to find a home with the scope and size that they required for their family and two dogs. They had been disillusioned with the lack of space and views on the new development and recently refurbished properties they could afford within budget. They lacked the knowledge and confidence to carry out a refurbishment themselves.
What We Identified
That given their requirements and budget, rather than changing area and compromising location, the best way to get the views and size they wanted would be to find an older villa that needed some light refurbishment work that we could oversee for them.
Outcome
We secured an amazing villa on a substantial plot just before it was due to come to the market. The property was originally constructed in the late 1990s and needed some internal updating such as new kitchen and bathrooms and repainting.
